Harris Interactive Inc. Conducts Survey on Behalf of Partnership for Solutions
Important new information on chronic conditions in America, including that the overwhelming
majority of Americans worry that the 125 million people living with chronic conditions in the
United States are often not getting the care they need and are calling on Washington to take action.
The Partnership for Solutions, led by Johns Hopkins University and The Robert Wood Johnson
Foundation is a new initiative to improve the care and quality of life for people with chronic
conditions. The National Chronic Care Consortium is an active member of the Partnership, joined
by the Alzheimer's Association, American Academy of Pediatrics, American Diabetes Association,
American Geriatrics Society, Family Voice, and the national Alliance for the Mentally Ill.
